Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader – $18/Hour Location: Southwest Florida Company: Joshua Tree Inc. Are you a natural leader who takes pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces? Joshua Tree Inc., a trusted name in professional tree and landscape care, is looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a small team and help us deliver exceptional service across Southwest Florida. Position Overview: As a Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a 3–4 person lawn maintenance team, ensuring each job is completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards. Commercial properties, your leadership will help keep our clients’ landscapes looking their best. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and manage a company truck and trailer to job sites - Supervise daily tasks and ensure work quality across all crew members - Operate lawn care equipment (mowers, edgers, blowers, etc.) - Communicate clearly with clients and team members - Ensure safe work practices at all times Requirements: - Valid driver’s license (Required) - Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping - Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred - Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail - Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Compensation & Perks: - $18/hour starting pay - 401K Match - PTO - Steady, year-round work - Opportunity to grow with a respected local company - Supportive team environment with professional training Ready to Grow With Us?
