solutions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive
records and facilitate knowledge sharing. Identify opportunities to
improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the development of
support materials, FAQs, and self-help resources. Act as a customer
advocate by providing feedback and insights to internal teams for
product and service enhancements.
