Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Sr.
Project Manager role in Bradenton, FL. Our client is a

have experience in Civil construction or Marine Construction.* Key
Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation
to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and
resource allocations. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and
internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Identify and
mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with
industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Provide
leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of
collaboration and accountability. Monitor project performance and
provide regular progress reports to senior management. Drive
continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution
and efficiency. Qualifications: *Must have experience in Civil
construction or Marine Construction.* Bachelor’s degree in Project
Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on
[relevant industry]. PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project,
Asana, or Trello. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a
