The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret market trends. We offer a curated assortment of exclusive products and top brand names in health and beauty, jewelry, home/lifestyle, fashion/accessories, and electronics and incorporates entertainment, personalities and industry experts to provide a unique shopping experience.Your ImpactAct as the subject-matter expert on pricing analytics, providing analysis and predictive financial modeling to support key business decisionsPartner with the business to define, assess, and execute merchandising and promotional strategies leveraging a broad view of financial implications, historical facts and thoughtful analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including merchandising, planning, and programming) to drive business performance and support financial plansPerform ongoing analysis on trends, business metrics and profitability.Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership, providing timely and accurate financial analysis to support business decisionsDevelop and maintain reliable financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid business partners in identifying trends, risks, and opportunitiesLead development of comprehensive financial implications of Merchandising Strategies (Pricing Strategies, Clearance approach, Programming Initiatives).
