Job Description:

role experience is required. Requirements: --- This role may
require floating to additional units and locations --- Candidates
must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be
eligible to apply for this role. --- COVID vaccination required for
onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Lee Health
will not accommodate block scheduling requests. Guaranteed hours:
40 Shift: Monday to Friday; Start times vary but usually around
730am. Call is required. 1 weekend a month and 1-2 days a week. For
a total of usually 8-9 days a month. Floating required- Travelers
are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as
well. All RTO or schedule requests must be on submission- HCF will
not be approving RTO or schedule requests after submission. Hard
document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for
pending docs. 2 references from last 24 months (Any reference type)
Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- RCIS (Registered
Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
