Room (OR) Start Date: ASAP Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00
PM Call: Required Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for an ASAP start at our
Fort Myers, FL facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
2 years of recent OR experience, with a strong background in
orthopedic procedures. This position requires schedule flexibility
and a readiness to float to other ORs within sister campuses as
needed. Qualifications: - Licensure: Active Florida or compact RN
license at time of submission (verified through Nursys) -
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association
preferred) - Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience;
strong orthopedic experience is required - Preferred: Prior travel
nursing experience - Education: Degree accreditation must be
visible on the candidate’s profile; if not, a minimum of 5 years of
experience is required Additional Information: - Electronic Medical
Record (EMR): Epic - Radius Rule: 50-mile radius rule is enforced -
Submission Requirements: - All demographic information must be
uploaded at the time of submission - All requested time off (RTO)
must be included on the candidate’s profile at submission—no
exceptions - Flexibility to float to other ORs across sister
