Job Description Job Description $5,000 Sign-on Bonus! LOCATION: Ft. Myers Outpatient Care Center Hours: Part-time, 30 hours weekly, days. Benefits eligible. Children who need rehabilitation services can receive the care they need closer to home at our Outpatient Care Center in Fort Myers, Florida. We serve families throughout Lee and Colliers counties and beyond. Our pediatric audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language and feeding therapists have expertise in treating children with a range of conditions and concerns, including those with complex medical conditions. What Awaits You? • Career growth and development • Diverse and collaborative working environment • Affordable and comprehensive benefits package POSITION SUMMARY: The physical therapist (PT) is responsible to provide quality clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers as assigned. Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value based care and evidence based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy - Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida Salary Range: Minimum 36.52 per visit - Maximum 58.44 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
