Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ED ER Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM • 2 years of ER experience required in emergency departments from similar sized healthcare facilities • Patient ratios of 3-4:1 • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS • Preferred certifications: TNCC and ENPC • Prior travel experience preferred • Work with high acuity emergency department patients with complex medical conditions • Use Epic electronic medical record system • Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience • Floating required - travelers are first to float, possibly to other sister campuses • Function as core staff and integrate into unit culture • All RTO or schedule requests must be submitted at time of application • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documents • 50-mile radius rule from permanent address applies Facility: This healthcare facility operates a Level 2 trauma center with a 22-bed emergency department unit.
