Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking dedicated seasonal Registered Nurses (RNs)
to join our team for the winter 2026 season. This position is ideal
for experienced nurses looking to contribute to community health in
a leading Southwest Florida health system without the commitment to
year-round employment. You will provide essential care services in
a dynamic environment, dealing primarily with high-demand periods
as part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This
non-benefited role is crucial for handling the increased patient
load during the winter months, ensuring effective patient care
according to high Lee Health standards. Assess patient health
problems and needs and develop nursing care plans. Maintain medical
records and administer medications and treatments. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention. Provide direct care
and adjust care plans as necessary over the treatment period.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective
patient care. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent patient
care and communication skills Proficiency with medical software and
electronic health records Current RN license in the State of
Florida BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
