Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As
part of our commitment to providing exceptional rehabilitation
therapy services, you will play a vital role in implementing
physical therapy treatment plans designed to help patients achieve
their maximum level of independence and wellness. Our ideal
candidate will be caring, attentive, and skilled in executing
therapeutic practices under the guidance of a licensed physical
therapist. Assist physical therapists in the assessment of
patients' rehabilitation needs and in the development of treatment
plans. Implement therapeutic interventions as prescribed and
monitor patient response to treatment. Educate patients and
families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, therapy progress,
and other relevant information. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated
care. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures to ensure the
safety and privacy of all patients. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to interact effectively with patients,
families, and healthcare team members. Ability to follow detailed
instructions and demonstrate manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Knowledge of therapy equipment operation and maintenance.
Proficiency in documenting and maintaining accurate health records
using healthcare software systems. 401k Valid Physical Therapist
Assistant license as required by state. CPR certification.
