Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Record patient's responses and progress to treatments, reporting significant changes to the Physical Therapist. Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and maintenance exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and organized. Participate in patient assessments and assist in the evaluation of treatment effectiveness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Proficient in using physical therapy equipment and devices Basic knowledge of healthcare compliance and safety regulations Capability to handle physical demands such as moving patients 401k Certified by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
