of the department. 2 YEARS ACUTE CARE O.R. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED •
Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required •
PALS, BLS & ACLS – Required • Current license to practice as a
Registered Nurse in state/district - Required
