existing relationships in place with facilities all over the state

to having you join this exciting opportunity. Job Overview We are
seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will work with geriatric patients,
focusing on diagnosing and treating speech, language, and
communication disorders. This role requires a strong understanding
of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. The Speech
Therapist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop
individualized treatment plans that promote effective communication
skills. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to
evaluate speech and language abilities. Develop and implement
personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
Provide therapy sessions to patients in various settings. Utilize
evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and
effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate documentation
of patient progress and treatment interventions. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to support overall patient development.
Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid
state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist. Knowledge
of medical terminology related to speech therapy practices. Strong
understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to speech
production. Excellent patient assessment skills to identify
individual needs effectively. Ability to work collaboratively
within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong communication
skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with
