Cosmetic Dental Practice Location: Sarasota, FL (near Sarasota
Memorial Hospital) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range:
$24-$29/hr Are you a passionate and detail-oriented dental
assistant with a love for aesthetics and patient-centered care?

excellence in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist the
dentist in all cosmetic and general procedures (veneers,
crown/bridge, CEREC dentistry, implants, oral surgery, etc.) Ensure
patient comfort and a 5-star experience from arrival to departure
Maintain a meticulously clean and organized operatory and
sterilization area Take digital x-rays, scans and intraoral
photographs Manage dental materials, lab cases, and inventory
Educate patients pre- and post-treatment Uphold high standards of
infection control and sterilization protocols Qualifications: 2
years of chairside dental assisting experience (cosmetic or
high-end practice experience preferred) Current state dental
assisting license and radiology certification Familiarity with
portrait photography and digital dentistry (CEREC, PrimeScan,
Schick or similar) Exceptional communication and organizational
skills A polished, professional, and compassionate demeanor Ability
to anticipate the needs of both doctor and patient What We Offer:
