Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications, all while fostering a supportive and empathetic connection with clients. Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes Assist clients with activities of daily living Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders Monitor client's health status and report changes to supervisor Assist in transportation to medical appointments Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures Maintain a professional attitude and appearance Requirements: High school diploma or GED Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to pass a background check Ability to work flexible hours At least 1 years of experience About Us: For more than a decade, Comfort Care Nursing LLC has been delivering exceptional care to clients in the West Palm Beach/ Broward, FL area, and we are expanding.
