Lee Health, a leader in comprehensive healthcare services in Southwest Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Neuro Stroke care to join our dynamic team across all campuses. As part of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in managing and providing acute care for patients suffering from neurological disorders and stroke-related conditions. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients' response to therapy. Support patients and their families by providing education on neurological conditions and care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality and safety guidelines. Participate in continuous education and training to stay abreast of advancements in neuro stroke care. Strong clinical skills in a neurological and stroke care setting. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and patient management skills. Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) or Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) preferred. BLS/ACLS certification.
