LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a
travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week -
Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Shift: 12-hour
Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Call: Required – averages
approximately 4 call shifts per month • EOS: 7 PM – 11 PM •
Overnight: 7 PM – 7 AM • Backup Call (BUC): 3 PM – 7 AM • Variety
of call types (details discussed during manager interview) EMR:
Epic Position Requirements • Minimum 2 years of OR experience
required • Pediatric (PEDS) experience required • BLS required •
CNOR preferred • Prior travel experience highly preferred • Call
participation required • Degree accreditation must be on profile OR
must have 5 years of experience • HWL interview required; Manager
provides final offer Clinical Scope Operating Room coverage for
Adult and Pediatric patient populations with services including: •
ENT • General Surgery • Vascular • Endovascular • Robotics • Dental
• GYN • Ortho • Spine • Neurosurgery Facility Expectations &
Policies • Radius Rule: Must live more than 50 miles from permanent
address • Floating required – Travelers are first to float and may
float to sister campuses PJ -HC (Health Park Medical
