Job Description:
Encompass Health is currently seeking a dedicated Dietitian to
join our team, where compassion meets innovation and our commitment
to patient-focused care shapes all aspects of our services. Our
Dietitians play a pivotal role in developing personalized
nutritional plans crucial for optimal recovery and maintenance of
health. You will be collaborating with a whole team of healthcare
professionals to modify and plan patients’ diets in response to
their evolving medical conditions, enhancing both recovery rates
and overall wellness. Assess patient health needs and diet
restrictions to develop tailored nutritional plans. Consult with
physicians and healthcare personnel to determine nutritional needs
and diet restrictions of patients. Monitor patient progress and
adapt plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on
practical diet and nutrition strategies. Document patient care and
progress in health records. Stay current with the latest
nutritional science research. Expert knowledge of nutrition and
dietary supplements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Proficient in dietary assessment tools and software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered
Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Licensed Dietitian (LD) - varies by
state
