Outpatient •/u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Standard
Rheumatology Cases •/u0009Credentialing timeframe: 30 Days
•/u0009Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
•/u0009Licensure required: Must have active Florida license
