actively seeking a Ft. Myers, Florida-based Human Resources Manager

culture, we'd love to hear from you! About the Position: The Human
Resources Manager position will be responsible for planning and
administering policies relating to all phases of human resources
activity, recruiting, and onboarding new employees. What You'll Do
: To excel in this role, an individual must satisfactorily perform

Ensures compliance with all legal requirements and government
reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and
ensures policies and procedures are followed in accordance with
compliance requirements. Recruiting, interviews, hiring, and
terminating employees, also responsible for post-employment
functions. Create relationships with local colleges in Ft. Myers,
Florida and Durham NC to recruit for professional positions
throughout the company. Manages all onboarding functions; follow up
with employees and onboarding surveys. Ensures new employees
complete startup requirements such as acknowledgements,
enrollments, and training within time expectations. Maintains and
monitors new hire checklists and terminations checklist to ensure
appropriate processes are followed. Manages the communications
process between HR (Human Resources) and IT (Information
Technology) when employee access to company IT resources needs to
be added or removed. Create/Modify job descriptions to meet
business requirements on qualifications, competencies, and special
skillsets. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster
positive attitude toward company goals and values. Audit and review
new employee setups for accuracy to include Paycor data entries, I9
verifications, and premise access levels. Maintains employee
records to include new hires, onboarding, status changes,
performance reviews, and terminations. Maintains company's
organizational chart. Coordinates employee engagement activities
and training. Coordinate and assist managers with annual
performance reviews. Advises management in appropriate resolution
of employee relations issues. Address employee questions and
concerns reported through Human Resources. Administers performance
review program to ensure effectiveness and compliance within
organization. Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits
program, such as life, health, dental and vision insurance,
vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carriers.
Implement policies and procedures. Manage Human Resource vendor
relationships. Adherence to the Code of Conduct and Corporate
Compliance Program Administers salary administration to ensure
compliance and equity within organization. What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in related field. 3 - 5 years' experience in
Human Resource Management and Recruiting. Research and analyze
data, draw conclusions, and resolve issues. Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite or related software. Experience in working with
dashboards, reports, spreadsheets and excel. Problem solving
abilities. Excellent communication and employee relation skills
Ability to multi-task Possess strong organizational skills.
Understands HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)
guidelines. Strong Language Ability: Read and interpret documents
such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak
effectively before groups of customers or employees. Strong
Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as
insurance, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area.
Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Strong Reasoning
Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written,
oral, diagram, or schedule form. Excellent non-technical writing
capability Excellent telephone skills and manner with employees
Excellent face-to-face interactions with customers and employees
Excellent organizational skills Excellent process development and
