Job Description Job Description Description: The Learning and
Development Specialist role is the primary Sales Training point of
contact and system administrator for Highspot. The position owns
day-to-day platform administration, learning build and maintenance,
content governance, user support, reporting and insights, and video
production workflows using Synthesia or similar AI platforms. The
role ensures sales training content is accurate, discoverable, and
consistently adopted by the field, while providing leadership with
clear measurement of learning engagement and enablement
effectiveness. Experience administering Highspot and extensive use
of AI, especially creating AI training videos, are critical.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems is
preferred. Essential Functions Sales Training Platform
Administration Serve as the primary Sales Training administrator
for our Sales Enablement platform, Highspot, including user
provisioning, permissions, groups, access governance, and platform
configuration. Own the platform structure for Sales Training,
including taxonomy, tagging standards, naming conventions, and
content organization. Maintain platform health through routine
audits, archiving, duplication cleanup, and content lifecycle
management. Provide Tier 1 support to platform users,
troubleshooting access and usage issues, and creating job aids and
quick guides. Stay current with Highspot releases and capabilities,
recommending and implementing improvements that increase adoption
and ease of use. Learning Build, Course Operations, and Program
Support Build and maintain courses, learning paths, assignments,
assessments, and reinforcement activities in the Sales Enablement
platform. Manage enrollment rules, prerequisites, deadlines,
completion requirements, and learner communications as needed.
Partner with the Sales Training team, sales leaders, and functional
leaders to translate learning needs into effective training
experiences. Provide operational support for training launches and
major rollouts, ensuring content is live, accurate, and organized.
Content Publishing, Governance, and Maintenance Publish and
maintain Sales Training content within the enablement platform,
ensuring it is current, on-brand, and aligned with internal
standards. Manage content version control and retirement of
outdated materials, coordinating reviews and approvals with
stakeholders. Establish and enforce governance processes for Sales
Training content, including review cadence and required metadata.
Collaborate with Marketing and other content owners to align
messaging and reuse approved assets appropriately. Reporting,
Analytics, and Insights Produce recurring reporting on adoption,
usage, completion, engagement, and content performance. Build
dashboards and stakeholder-ready summaries that highlight trends,
gaps, and recommended actions. Maintain data quality through
consistent tagging, user structures, and reporting standards.
Partner with sales leaders and Sales Performance Coaches to
identify development opportunities and inform learning priorities.
Video Production and Content Creation Using Synthesia Own the
workflow for creating training and enablement videos using
Synthesia, or similar AI platforms, including templates, branding,
scripting support, review cycles, and publishing. Produce videos to
support onboarding, product knowledge, process training, talk
tracks, and just-in-time enablement. Maintain videos over time,
updating assets as programs, products, or processes change. Ensure
video assets are embedded and deployed in the correct enablement
platform locations and learning paths. Requirements: 2 to 5 years
of experience administering Highspot or a comparable sales
enablement platform, with Highspot strongly preferred. Demonstrated
experience building learning experiences, including courses and
structured learning paths. Hands-on experience creating training
videos, Synthesia or similar AI strongly preferred. Strong
analytical skills with experience producing reports and turning
platform data into insights. Strong technical aptitude and
troubleshooting capability across digital platforms. Excellent
organization, project management, and attention to detail. Strong
communication skills and service mindset, comfortable supporting a
distributed sales team. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce reporting,
dashboards, and enablement workflows. Experience with LMS platforms
(Tovuti, Litmos, or comparable). Experience building content
governance models at scale (taxonomy, tagging, lifecycle). Physical
and Work Environment Requirements Remote work environment, ability
to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, and ability to
