Production Assembler-1 - St. Petersburg, FL. 1st shift $17-$18 an hour - Temp to Hire! Excellent Benefits after 90 days of hire- 4% 401k match, Bi-Annual Bonus! 2 weeks vacation plus 7 days personal/sick days, Occasional OT. Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler I to perform basic electromechanical assembly and testing of products according to documentation and process guidelines. Must be able to follow instructions, use hand tools, and maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test products per work instructions and blueprints Operate hand and power tools; align and position parts Complete required documentation and maintain clean workspace (5S) Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Follow safety and quality procedures Support production demands, including overtime when needed Requirements: Basic knowledge of electrical principles (ESD, surface mount, component ID) Good manual dexterity and math skills Ability to lift up to 20-lbs Reliable attendance and teamwork
