Position Details:

Title: Field Supervisor
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Shift: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $80k+, + annual performance bonus 4-8%
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, Federal Holidays, Company truck- Ford Ranger (take home), fuel card
Travel: regional travel- no overnights

Position Description:

The Field Supervisor will oversee mechanics, installers, and repairers in retail service business, ensuring key customer service metrics are met and team members are developed through coaching and evaluation. With a focus on promoting customer satisfaction and upholding company values, this role requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential service and installation, along with basic to intermediate management skills in various areas including financial understanding, sales, and human resources.
