Job Description:

The Senior Staff Designer position requires a highly creative and innovative individual with strong technical skills to lead and support product design and development efforts. The Senior Staff Designer plays a critical role in product design, development, and improvement. They are expected to challenge existing processes and bring innovation to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support product design and development.
Create 3D models and convert them into 2D drawings.
Participate in design reviews.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Apply clear communication and presentation skills.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Creo for 3D modelling.
Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning
and Tolerancing).
Manufacturing knowledge, especially in plastic
manufacturing.
Ability to conduct calculations and basic analysis.
Familiarity with DFMEAs
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Desired Technical Skills:
Familiarity with FEA tools (Ansys, Abaqus).
Knowledge of materials science and its effects on
design.
Proficiency in sheet metal design (desired).
