As an ACA Field Representative, you will engage with individuals and families within the community, helping them understand their health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently and can handle rejection with resilience.

Responsibilities:
--- Mandatory orientations are held every Monday through Saturday at 10:30 AM in person and at 12:00 PM via Zoom. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING.
--- Outreach and engage with potential clients in various settings
--- Facilitate the enrollment process for individuals seeking ACA health insurance
--- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACA provisions and guidelines
--- Document interactions and follow up as necessary
--- Achieve personal and team enrollment targets and qualify for weekly production bonuses

Qualifications:
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Self-motivated with a persistent work ethic
--- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
--- Comfortable with direct sales and client interaction
--- No licensing required to start; licensed agents will have the opportunity to earn higher commissions
