Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist
Assistant (COTA) to join a leading rehabilitation hospital in
Mansfield, TX, dedicated to transforming lives through
high-quality, patient-centered care.
Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing
individualized treatment plans for patients with physical
impairments.
Monitor and document patient progress, collaborating with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
Provide culturally sensitive services, adhere to safety protocols,
and maintain therapy areas and equipment.
Work full-time with day shifts and weekend rotations, supporting a
supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications include current state licensure, CPR/BLS
certification, and preferred one year of rehab experience; recent
grads welcome.
