If you enjoy sharing hospitality with others, we want you on our team! -Job Type: Full time evening from 3pm-10pmPosition is mainly Monday - Friday, with potential for call-in on Saturdays or holidaysOur team members enjoy:Free Buffet on duty mealDHG Discounts - on meals/merchandise/lodging/shows for staffAnnual vacation bonusWooden NickelsOn-the-job trainingFlexible schedulesScholarship programWhat you'll be doing:Monitor coolers/freezers/ice makers/fryers/grills, to ensure they are working properly and appropriate temperatures are maintained.Perform minor equipmentMaintain lighting (Changing bulbs, ballasts as )Work closely with maintenance supervisor to develop more in-depth knowledge/s kills.Schedule fire suppression, fire extinguisher, sprinkler system inspections annually -Schedule safety training for heart of house staff on annual basisActively works with manager to alleviate unsafe practices due by relocating equipment, outlets, etc.Provides service to staff members in other areas as needed -Skills you'll bring alongAble to work closely with staff, management, local fire department and vendors in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner. -Able to read and comprehend basic wiring and plumbing repair manuals. 1 - 3 -years -of comparable -experience, maintenance field a plus, but not a requirement. -Able to work independently.Must have own set of hand tools for use (wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.) Power tools are supplied by the company.Be on your feet for extended periods of time.Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. -BenefitsMedical insurance and HSA401(k) plan with matchWellness ProgramDental, Vision, Accident, Life, Critical Illness, Term Life Insurance available
