Job Description:

We have a full-time opportunity for a qualified MDS Coordinator who will ensure completion of the MDS, associated documentation, Care Area Assessment Summary (CAA's), and care plans within the regulatory guidelines as outlined in the Resident Assessment Instrument regulations. This includes both assuring accuracy and timeliness of all required MDSs. This person will provide oversight of the Prospective Payment System (PPS) and Patient Driven Payment System (PDPM) for our residents in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a current FL RN license, have a minimum of 2 + years of clinical experience in a health care setting, a minimum of 1+ year of experience in a long term care setting.
