Our clients range from small local businesses to Fortune 500 firms in multiple industries.What does aSourcing and Consulting Manager do?Sourcing and Consulting Manager is responsible for managing Consultants and Analysts, leading projects, and performing consulting related services. The role requires someone who can think big while diving into details to support internal and external stakeholders.Location:Ft.   • Data analysis tools - such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS
  • BI Tools - such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
  • Experience or involvement implementing and or designing software
  • Experience with transportation sourcing
  • Experience or involvement in supply chain initiativesResponsibilities:Business Development
    • Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients, and through the identification of new client opportunities
    • Developing consulting business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and service/product portfolio optimizationAccount/Project Management
      • Working with clients, analysts, and colleagues to define and document project or service scope
      • Leading the work of the project team, the Lead Consultant will be a resource to others to identify creative and useful analyses that address client problems, synthesize analyses into clear, sound recommendations, and share findings through impactful storylines and slides
      • Surface and implement new service offerings
      • Suggest and implement technological advancements
      • Suggest improvements relative to workplace
      • Facilitate prompt issue resolutionManagement
        • Supervise Analysts regarding time sheets and time off, performance reviews and Personal Development Plans (PDP's), disciplinary action and write ups, policy compliance, coaching, employee growth, and employee engagement
        • Manage and monitor Analyst's workload - ensuring that monthly billable ratio goals are met
        • Publish metrics, measuring team and individual performance
        • Manage staffing
